Day 1: Arrival in Paro, Bhutan
  • Arrive at Paro International Airport, transfer to your hotel, and relax.

Day 2: Thimphu (Thimphu Drubchen)
  • Drive to Thimphu and attend the vibrant Thimphu Drubchen festival.
  • Explore local attractions, including the National Memorial Chorten and Tashichho Dzong.

Day 3: Thimphu to Punakha
  • Scenic drive via Dochula Pass, with panoramic views of the Himalayas.
  • Visit Punakha Dzong and Chimi Lhakhang.

Day 4: Tashithang to Damji
  • Begin the trek, hiking through lush forests and rural villages to reach Damji.

Day 5: Damji to Gasa Tshechu
  • Continue trekking to Gasa, arriving in time to experience the Gasa Tshechu festival.

Day 6: Gasa Tshechu
  • Immerse yourself in the vibrant festival, featuring traditional dances and cultural displays.
  • Relax at Gasa’s famous hot springs.

Day 7: Gasa to Koina via Bale La
  • Trek over Bale La Pass, with stunning mountain views, and descend to Koina.

Day 8: Koina to Laya
  • Hike to the remote village of Laya, known for its unique culture and traditional attire.

Day 9: Laya (Halt)
  • Acclimatization day in Laya. Explore the village and interact with locals.

Day 10: Laya to Limithang
  • Trek through alpine meadows and valleys, enjoying views of Mt. Gangchhenta (Tiger Mountain).

Day 11: Limithang to Robluthang via Sinche La
  • Cross Sinche La Pass, one of the trek’s highest points, and descend to Robluthang.

Day 12: Robluthang to Shakyapasang via Jare La
  • Trek through rugged landscapes and cross Jare La Pass to Shakyapasang.

Day 13: Shakyapasang to Chebisa via Gombu La
  • Cross Gombu La Pass and arrive at the picturesque village of Chebisa.

Day 14: Chebisa to Lingshi
  • Continue trekking to Lingshi, with views of the Bhutanese Himalayas along the way.

Day 15: Lingshi to Jangothang via Nyile La
  • Cross Nyile La Pass and descend to Jangothang, the base camp of Mt. Jomolhari.

Day 16: Jangothang Halt
  • Rest day for acclimatization and exploration around Jomolhari Base Camp.

Day 17: Jangothang to Thangthankha
  • Trek through forests and meadows to Thangthankha.

Day 18: Thangthankha to Shana
  • Descend along the Paro River to Shana, passing through picturesque landscapes.

Day 19: Shana to Drugyal Dzong
  • Final trekking day, concluding at the historic Drugyal Dzong.

Day 20: Paro
