Day 1: Arrival in Paro, Bhutan
  • Arrive at Paro International Airport and receive a warm welcome.
  • Transfer to your hotel and relax with a brief orientation about the trek.

Day 2: Paro
  • Visit Paro Dzong and National Museum (Ta Dzong).
  • Optional hike to Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest) to acclimatize.

Day 3: Ta Dzong to Jele Dzong
  • Begin the trek with a gradual ascent through forests of pine and rhododendron.
  • Arrive at Jele Dzong, perched atop a ridge, offering panoramic views of Paro Valley.

Day 4: Jele Dzong to Tsokam
  • Trek along ridges with stunning views of Mount Jomolhari.
  • Pass through yak pastures and traditional grazing grounds before camping at Tsokam.

Day 5: Tsokam to Jimilang Tsho
  • Traverse through high-altitude trails to reach Jimilang Tsho, a serene alpine lake.

Day 6: Jimilang Tsho to Simkotra Tsho
  • Trek through rugged terrain with breathtaking views of the distant Himalayas.
  • Arrive at Simkotra Tsho, another beautiful alpine lake, and camp nearby.

Day 7: Simkotra Tsho to Phajoding
  • Climb to the highest point of the trek before descending toward Phajoding.

Day 8: Phajoding to Thimphu
  • Descend through lush forests to reach Thimphu.
  • Spend the evening exploring the city or relaxing at your hotel.

Day 9: Departure from Paro
  • Transfer to Paro International Airport for your departure.
